| Hey, thanks, umm not to sure at the mo, am thinking of full stainless, mesh grille, colour code. May sort out a cold air induction, got a race x filter on it. Was looking at a turbo or i have got a 1.6 vtec might drop in or look at getting a vti engine for it. The possibilities are endless.
I like yr civic. What you got planned for it??

| thanks,,, few plans, alredy fitted my headunit, subs and amp, got an induction kit on there last week...
but when funds allow im gnna get the windows done, think it will make the car look a bit less bulky.. hopefully gnna get some type r wheels and spray them black...
interior is going to be smartened up, the centre pannel, im going to spray gloss black, as its a really naff silvery colour atm.
might think about changing the exhaust, but the standard one sounds sweet at high revs when the Vtech kicks in, esp now the induction kits on there
not sure if im going to fiddle with the ecu, would like a re map really but dont think im gnna get much more bhp out of the engine so not sure if its worth the bother /expense
so yeh a bit more than a few, but ive got a vague direction of where this cars going anyway!
what sort of bhp you running at the mo?

| its only a standard top of the range (engine wise) 1.4 giving me as standard 90bhp, With the exhaust and filter it could be up to 100bhp but would need to do rolling road to be accurate. I know it don't sound much but its good enough for now. When i have done what I want to do to it, i will get it properly tested and proper reading done.
When you compare it to some of the 1.8 golfs they only have 75bhp or my mates pug 206 with 1.6 engine at 90bhp it aint bad!!
What bout yours? | |

| mines 110bhp standard, its not slow but doesnt blow me away... i use it for work so it has to be pretty sensible otherwise it costs me a bomb! had a 200sx before though running 300bhp it was wicked... just threw u back in the seat! | |

| UPDATE
Right most of you will slate me for this but I have got my chrome M3 style mirrors fitted. I have a week off in July where I will attempt to spray them the colour of the car. I think the look ok, but will def be better colour coded. They have indicator leds on them which also act as side lights.
I have a few repairs to do to the backbox as it is twisting and causing the join to blow.
TO DO LIST
Next on my list I will be getting some proper pipes to go with my air filter and will then be fitting a cold air feed to the filter.
I have some flashing led amber grille lights on order, to be fitted where my fog lights would normally go. The hole for the fog lights will be meshed over as well as the grilles.
Hopefully the above will be done next month.
FUTURE MODS
Stainless manifold Decat pipe Colour code trim Exhaust trim for the bumper to cover up the massive cut into bumper Stainless from cat to back box
IF I HAD THE MONEY
A turbo kit is on my wish list. Reason being, I like my car and how it looks (a few tweaks needed) and it is in the lower tax bracket which saves a few pounds.
Any suggestions and feedback (good or bad) is welcome.

| Latest Info ------------
Stickers on front have now come off. Had to get some new tyres so have some spanking toyo proxes tr1 on there. lovely bit of grip round the corners.
Mirrors are due to be painted second week of July, will then decide if will keep or not.
Mesh is due to be done the second week of july, will be doing the bonnet grille and fog light holes to start and then may do the lower grille to finish it off. All in black mesh.
My zorst is falling apart and i mean that. The join from centre to back box has snapped, bit of funky welding to do then a full stainless one in the next few months.
Little bit of paint work on one door and the tailgate and that willb be it for a few months until some engine mods take place.
